Shipping
We offer fast and reliable shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed by 12 PM PST)
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return:
- Visit our Returns Center at ingrid-isabel.com to initiate your return.
- Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return label.
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please place a new order online and return the original item(s) for a refund.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
